A/n: For this first fic I did for heroinebigbang, I wanted to create something moody and oppressive for this story, since it takes place in a world where Malcolm Merlyn is reigning with Team Overwatch and Team Arrow working to fight back. The one scene I wanted to try and create was Sara meeting up with Oliver in the Glades instead of "Overwatch" meeting "The Arrow", with his quote about noting she's a soldier/fighter and not a hacker. But after much photoshopping failures (and lack of caps), I just could NOT get a decent looking masked white-clad Sara Lance. XD So instead, I worked on another title piece, this one even more dark and oppressive and dramatic than the first. :) Hope you like!!

Fic Title: Overwatch
Fic Summary: Oliver Queen returns to a Starling City ruled by an oppressive overlord, Malcolm Merlyn. Team Arrow is fighting in the shadows with a mysterious accomplice while Oliver is Malcolm's right hand. When our team need a little extra help, secret identities are revealed and Team Overwatch need to step up and save the day.
